A message from our CEO

Mrs Julie Hollis, MA

Welcome to the Cranmer Education Trust. We are a growing community of multi faith, multi-talented schools across North East Manchester. It is an exciting time and we welcome your application to come and join in our journey.

We have 3 secondary schools and 2 primary schools at present plus a teacher training arm, Manchester Nexus SCITT, which means we have a ready supply of fabulous new teachers coming into our schools. We are also proud to run the East Manchester Teaching School Hub through which we work with schools, school trusts, colleges and local authorities across the region to invest in the recruitment, development, and retention of teachers and leaders at all stages of their career. We have an unequivocal vision for excellence in the education of the children and young people that we serve. We are a Church of England Trust. Therefore, we serve the whole community. We welcome all schools and all people into our Trust, both faith-designated or community, who want to go on a journey together to build a great future for children and young people. We are ambitious for all our young people and all of our staff: we want everyone to be everything they can be and everything they are meant to be.

"We set the bar high. We don't recognise 'good enough'. Cranmer is about excellence – it is at the heart of everything we do. We really are all in this together because the young people are our future."
